To achieve sales, distribution and trade marketing objectives by focusing in the right & high impact outlets.
Direct coverage and regular service to all assigned outlets / pharmacy .
Identify opportunities in the market to deliver brand building strategies, strategic market development planning & product assessment to achieve awareness and gain share of market.
Good knowledge of the merchandising activities / programs to leverage on placement opportunities in the trade within the allocated budget and assigned market.
Presentation to customer on business plan, review, new product listing and monthly promotion plan.
To work closely with Principals to achieve their sales objectives.
Basic salary + Incentive + Commission + Other Allowances
Requirements :
Good interpersonal skills and able to build good rapport with customers.
At least 1 year of sales experience in FMCG industry.
Strong interpersonal skills ad capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers.
Good analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
Possess own transport and able to travel extensively.
Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
