Job responsibilities and duties
1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
2. Responsible for meeting customer requirements through prompt service while establishing and identifying potential business opportunities
3. Oversee all ongoing projects and arrange for a kick-off meeting with team members to ensure that the projects approach, objectives and responsibilities have been effectively communicated and acknowledged by team members
4. Prepare a project plan structure based on the suppliers’ project deliverables
5. Perform project plan maintenance to incorporate updates and changes to the master plan
6. Ensure that all supplier deliverables and project documentation are promptly prepared
7. Define, schedule and accurately estimate every team member’s tasks duration and maintain a realistic schedule for the entire project
8. Manage and ensure successful delivery of the project including ensuring all team members are on track with project requirement, deadlines and schedules
9. Manage and support the transition of the project into the operational environment
