Job Responsibilities
Converse stores - Positions are available at Gurney Plaza, Queenbay Mall & Design Village
• Assist the store manager in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities by maximizing the sales return.
• Implement sales promotions and follow the selling plan.
• Provide high standard of customer service.
• Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
• Ensure optimum use of space through the effective interpretation of commercial information and current merchandise group’s policies.
• Ensure maximum efficiency by effective planning of staff resources and implement sound administrative practices adhere to legal and company regulations, policies.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure housekeeping standard checklist are done.
• Establish training and development needs of staff and support implementation.
• Supervise and motivate department staff, setting and maintaining high standards.
• Effectively communicating throughout the department and the company.
• Provide coaching to store staff
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required
