Allstaff began as the brainchild of its founding company Pentrac Consulting, a software company established in Penang in 1994. Over the years and due to rapid growth in demand for IT personnel, Pentrac was spurred into growing its manpower and outsourcing portfolio. So in 2001, Allstaff was established with the objective of focusing on Executive Search/ Recruitment Services. Ever since then, and in a short span of time, the two companies have created a sizeable pool of skilled personnel from the ground up.

    Qualifications :

    - Possess at least SPM.

  • Education Level : Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
  • Position Level : Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities


Other Requirements :

- Possess own transport.

- Knowledge of ERP Inventory Accounting/ Excel is an advantage.

- Knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.

Job Descriptions :

- Entering stock received for every single item as per stock code in ERP system.

- Matching Purchase Order \Do\Invoices before data entering

- Checking & preparing for monthly Account Payable (AP) payment arrangement

- CN or DN or Purchase Return control.

- Administrative work: Filing

- Well communicated with Vendors for AP related issues and payment notification.
