Job Responsibilities
Requirement:
- Maintain and keep trach of daily inventory from inhouse & suppliers
- Process orders upon receipt of customer PO
- Follow up closely with purchasing on the delivery of ordered items.
- Communicate effectively on status of item from inhouse & suppliers.
- Work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate and assist sales team in daily indoor sales processing.
- Reply on weekly open orders delievery date to customers.
- Provide general administrative and sales support.
