Job Responsibilities


  • Maintain and keep trach of daily inventory from inhouse & suppliers
  • Process orders upon receipt of customer PO
  • Follow up closely with purchasing on the delivery of ordered items.
  • Communicate effectively on status of item from inhouse & suppliers.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate and assist sales team in daily indoor sales processing.
  • Reply on weekly open orders delievery date to customers.
  • Provide general administrative and sales support.
