Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR and Payroll operations; regional exposure in MNC environment is preferred.
Knowledge of HR, payroll practices, benefits administration and compliance or other related experience.
A team player with pleasant personality, a good attitude and the ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, show adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion, sound judgement, and diplomacy.
Able to attend to early or late conference call occasionally to ensure a smooth transition of new tasks
