Job Responsibilities


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent 
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR and Payroll operations; regional exposure in MNC environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll practices, benefits administration and compliance or other related experience.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, a good attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, show adaptability and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy with strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion, sound judgement, and diplomacy.
  • Able to attend to early or late conference call occasionally to ensure a smooth transition of new tasks 
  • Proficiency in MS Excels (Advanced Level)
