- Resolves problems with customers via telephone email or chat sessions using basic technical product knowledge
- Provides level 1 support to customers from across countries
- Perform basic troubleshooting upon identifying inquiries or escalate to appropriate level.
- Communicate with customers through tele-communication and emails.
- Allocate resources according to the level of significant.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in any relevant fields.
- Able to communicate with all levels of customers in a professional and articulate manner.
- Required language(s): English
- Able to work in 12 hours shift rotation.
