Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolves problems with customers via telephone email or chat sessions using basic technical product knowledge
  • Provides level 1 support to customers from across countries
  • Perform basic troubleshooting upon identifying inquiries or escalate to appropriate level.
  • Communicate with customers through tele-communication and emails.
  • Allocate resources according to the level of significant.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in any relevant fields.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of customers in a professional and articulate manner.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Able to work in 12 hours shift rotation.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
