Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Recruitment Consultant (Johor Office)
  • Job Skills :


    • A minimum of Diploma in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.

    • At least 1-2 years proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter or similar role.

    • Experience in volume recruiting is a plus.

    • A result-oriented person. Ability to thrive in a target-oriented & sales driven environment.

    • Able to work independently, self-driven & resourceful.

    • Possess effective communication skills.

    • Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.

  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Position Level : Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities


• Focus on contract staffing. Work with a number of client companies placing candidates for a set period of time / project.

• Communicate effectively with the client to identify their needs & requirements.

• Utilize?available sourcing tools?& technology?to ensure a quality candidate shortlist / pipeline.?

• Screen candidates / applicants, review application materials & present qualified candidates to clients.

• Coordinate interview schedule with candidates & interviewers.

• Assist with onboarding new hires.

• Build strong partnerships?with the clients & candidates?to drive client?and candidate?satisfaction.

• Ensure all the necessary paperwork is filed & applicant forms are completed & processed.
