Allstaff began as the brainchild of its founding company Pentrac Consulting, a software company established in Penang in 1994. Over the years and due to rapid growth in demand for IT personnel, Pentrac was spurred into growing its manpower and outsourcing portfolio. So in 2001, Allstaff was established with the objective of focusing on Executive Search/ Recruitment Services. Ever since then, and in a short span of time, the two companies have created a sizeable pool of skilled personnel from the ground up.

Experience Requirements

     Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive

    - People oriented and results driven

    - Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

    - Knowledge of HR systems and databases

    - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

    - Possess high level of professionalism, organizing, counselling, problem solving skill, excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

    - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

    - In-depth knowledge of labor law, employment act


  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

Job Responsibilities

Job Descriptions :

- Manage the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions

- Manage recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes

- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors

- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.

- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records

- Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Managing the recruitment and selection process

- Ensuring the implementation of company policy, sop, rules and regulations and monitor compliance to be in line with the company's goal and employee's needs

- Represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization

- Processing of payroll and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and EIS)

- To perform ad hoc duties and assignment given by top management

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

- To perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
