Responsibilities:
• Timely planning and effective follow-up with production to meet customer’s delivery requirements and provide immediate feedback to customer on any potential delay.
• Raise work/sales orders to ensure timely placement and delivery of components/kits in line with production planning requirements.
• Execute with excellence in the area of stock and demand replenishment by providing feedback to the supply chain on risks regarding replenishment levels and demand.
• Determine the status of assigned projects, expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen circumstances.
• Expedite and reschedule shipment plan to suit production planning requirements.
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Materials Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning / customer service is required for this position.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
